Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 August 2026

1. Who these terms are between

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between HOSTANCHORHQ PTE. LTD. (UEN 202635198D), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914 (“HostAnchor”, “we”, “us”), and the business that registers for or uses the HostAnchor platform (“you”, the “Customer”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. What HostAnchor is

HostAnchor is hospitality management software: tools for managing bookings, availability, guests, communications, housekeeping, reporting and related operations for properties such as hotels, hostels, colivings and vacation rentals (the “Services”). Features vary by subscription plan.

Payments features. Online payment processing within the platform is not yet live. If and when payment features launch, they will be subject to additional terms that we will present to you before you enable them.

3. Business use only

The Services are sold to businesses for business purposes. They are not offered to consumers, and consumer-protection rules that apply to consumer contracts do not apply to these Terms to the extent permitted by law.

4. Accounts and your users

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You may create accounts for your staff; you are responsible for everything done under your accounts, including by your users, and for ensuring they comply with these Terms. Tell us promptly at shrikanth@hostanchorhq.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscriptions, pricing and billing

  • The Services are sold as subscription plans priced per unit (rooms, beds or pitches, as applicable), billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • Subscriptions are billed in Singapore dollars (SGD). Any amounts displayed in other currencies are indicative conversions; your bank or card issuer determines the final converted amount and may apply fees.
  • Prices are exclusive of taxes. Where GST or other taxes apply, they are added at the applicable rate.
  • If you increase your unit count mid-term, the increase takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata for the remainder of the billing period; decreases take effect from the next billing period.

6. Auto-renewal and how to stop it

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. We send a renewal reminder by email approximately 30 days before an annual renewal and 7 days before a monthly renewal. You can stop renewal at any time by cancelling as described in our Cancellation Policy; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

7. Late or failed payment

If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. If payment remains outstanding 14 days after the due date, we may suspend access to the Services until payment is made. We may charge interest on overdue amounts at a reasonable rate where permitted by law. Your data is not deleted merely because of suspension; deletion timelines are set out in the Cancellation Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services to break the law, including data-protection, anti-spam and consumer laws that apply to your business;
  • upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the Services' operation;
  • resell or provide the Services to third parties except for managing your own properties;
  • use the Services to send unsolicited bulk communications;
  • copy, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from the Services except as the law allows.

9. Your data

You own your data, including your guest and booking records. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the Services. We process guest personal data as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the guest data you put into the platform. On termination, export and deletion work as described in the Cancellation Policy.

10. Our intellectual property

The platform, its software, design and documentation are owned by HostAnchor or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during the subscription term. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.

11. Third-party services and integrations

The Services interoperate with third-party services such as online travel agencies, channel-connectivity providers and payment providers. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or changes to their APIs, and an outage or change on their side may limit parts of the Services.

12. Service availability

We work to keep the Services available and performant, and we schedule maintenance to minimise disruption. However, we do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment or service-level agreement. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; and (b) our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the Services in that period. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud.

14. Suspension and termination

You may terminate by cancelling your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and (where the breach is curable) fail to cure it within 14 days of notice, if payment remains outstanding as described in Section 7, or if we are required to by law. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; data handling follows the Cancellation Policy.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or in the platform before they take effect. If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect; continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, subject to any mandatory laws to the contrary.
