Cancellation Policy

1. How to cancel

Cancel any time by emailing shrikanth@hostanchorhq.com from your account email, or by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 80870 80121. We confirm every cancellation in writing within 24 hours; if you don't receive a confirmation, the cancellation has not been registered — please contact us again.

2. Monthly subscriptions

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription will not renew, access continues to the end of the paid month, and there is no refund for the remainder of the current month.

3. Annual subscriptions

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription will not renew and access continues to the end of the paid annual period. Unused months are not refunded, except within the 14-day window for new customers described in the Refund & Dispute Policy.

4. Renewal reminders

So a renewal never takes you by surprise, we email a reminder approximately 30 days before an annual renewal and 7 days before a monthly renewal to your account email.

5. Your data after cancellation

• Export window: for 30 days after your subscription ends, we will provide an export of your data (bookings, guests, transactions) in a standard machine-readable format on request.
• Deletion: after the export window we delete your account data from production systems within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on the backup rotation cycle.

6. Downgrades and unit-count changes

Downgrading a plan or reducing your unit count takes effect from the next billing period; no partial-period refunds or credits are issued for the current period. Upgrades and unit increases take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the remainder of the current period.

7. Free trial

HostAnchor does not currently offer a free trial. New customers are covered instead by the 14-day full-refund window in the Refund & Dispute Policy. If we introduce a trial in future, its terms will be stated at signup and on this page.
